xcAuction setup and installation is easy but does require you to be familiar with
basic web server technologies and related details. If you are able to maintain a
plain static HTML site then you should be able to setup xcAuction. Setting up
xcAuction consists of being able to manage the files
on your web site using FTP or other file management tool, and being able to edit
plain text files. If you can do that, then you certainly should be able to setup xcAuction.
