xcAuction includes real administrator documentation. While this may seem strange to list as a feature, we point it out because many of our competitors feel it is acceptable not to provide any documentation. At best, they inclue a brief re-hashing of their basic online help. We believe that you will want, and are certain you will need, more than that. We provide detailed documentation for setting up and maintaining xcAuction. We also provide documentation in Adobe PDF format, so information can be read online or printed as a reference manual. You can even download a copy of the xcAuction documentation at XCENT Downloads. The free Adobe PDF viewer called Adobe Reader, can be downloaded from Adobe's website.
